Dr. Esbaitah is acknowledged as one of the foremost experts, strategists and a visionary among the traffic education and management fraternity in the EMEA region. He is a frequent keynote speaker and serves as the Head of Technical Committee for Driving Schools in the Arab Road Safety Organization. He is also the founder of the Emirates Society for Prevention of Road Accidents. He has extensive relations with the world’s top traffic research and policy formation institutes such as ESCWA, WHO, Swedish National Road & Transport Research Institute (VTI), SweRoad and RoSPA which enables him to migrate the best practices from across the world in his routine practice.

During his highly distinguished career timeline he has had equally exemplary stints in academia and corporate practice and has worked for two of the region’s flagship enterprises in the fields of transportation and safety namely Dubai Transport Corporation and Emirates Driving Company.
